Package Equipment Operator (Seasonal)

Windsor Salt is hiring a Package Equipment Operator to join our Belle Plaine production facility. This role involves operating various packaging lines and equipment to produce a wide range of salt products.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education or certifications considered an asset
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or processing environment is preferred
• Familiarity with automated and mobile equipment considered an asset
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Understanding of Food Safety Process Controls and their impact on product quality, legality, and safety
• Physical ability to stoop, twist, bend, reach, climb stairs and ladders, and lift up to 25 kg
