Job Description
Windsor Salt is hiring a Package Equipment Operator to join our Belle Plaine production facility. This role involves operating various packaging lines and equipment to produce a wide range of salt products, with a strong commitment to safety and adherence to quality standards in a food-grade manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Post-secondary education or certifications considered an asset
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or processing environment is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Understanding of Food Safety Process Controls and their impact on product quality, legality, and safety
- Physical ability to stoop, twist, bend, reach, climb stairs and ladders, and lift up to 25 kg
