Job Description
Morton Salt is an iconic company seeking an HRIS Manager to lead the execution and delivery of complex HRIS initiatives, including system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and process optimization efforts. The role requires a senior individual contributor with progressive HRIS experience and advanced knowledge of HRIS architecture and data structures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HRIS experience supporting enterprise HR systems in a complex, multi-system environment.
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS architecture and data structures, including employee lifecycle data, job and position management, security models, workflows, integrations, and data governance.
