Job Description
Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) pursuing BCBA certification for their Behavior Analyst in Training (BAT) program. This program offers a fast-track to certification through intensive training, mentorship, and clinical experiences, culminating in a BCBA position within the company. Requirements
- RBT Certification
- Over 1000 hours of supervised practicum experience toward your BCBA certification
- Passion for helping children with autism thrive
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Desire to learn and grow in clinical skills
- Completion of master’s degree or anticipated completion of master’s degree within the next 6 months
