Job Description
Mosaic Pediatric Therapy is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) pursuing BCBA certification to join their Behavior Analyst in Training (BAT) program. This program offers a fast-track to completing BCBA requirements through intensive training, mentorship, and fieldwork, all while receiving full-time pay. Mosaic prioritizes client and clinician well-being, offering supportive growth opportunities, competitive compensation, and a positive work environment. You will engage in applied practice, attend supervision sessions, implement ABA interventions, collect data, and collaborate with families and the Mosaic team.
Requirements
- RBT Certification
- Over 1000 hours of supervised practicum experience toward your BCBA certification
- Passion for helping children with autism thrive
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Desire to learn and grow in clinical skills
- Completion of master’s degree or anticipated completion within the next 6 months
