Manager - HR Business Partnering and Talent Management

Our client is looking for a Manager of HR Business Partnering and Talent Management to oversee and manage all aspects of HR talent management at both local and international levels.

Requirements

• Oversee HR talent management across all locations, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
• Manage key functions such as Performance Management, Recruitment, and executive promotions.
• Develop and implement the annual Talent Management plan, including HR Hoshin and budget preparation.
• Advise on career management, succession planning, and talent retention strategies.
• Integrate risk management strategies into organizational culture.
• Manage all HR processes and policies, collaborate with global HR teams, and coach managers on employee relations.
• Oversee budgeting processes, manpower planning, and recruitment efforts.
• Drive Talent Management execution and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities and partner with Talent Development to enhance management skills.
