Job Description
Recruitment and onboarding executive responsible for creating job adverts, publishing job postings, and coordinating interviews. Provides onboarding assistance to new hires and collaborates with partners to ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in recruitment and onboarding
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
