Requirements
- Proven experience in change management, transformation, or innovation roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Agile).
- Passion for making a positive impact and driving meaningful outcomes.
