Barmitarbeiter (m/w/d)

As a bar staff member, you will create a wonderful experience for our guests, serving at the bar and in the One Lounge, ensuring a smooth service flow, and promoting the Motel One Lounge offer to achieve the sales budget. You will work in a multicultural team and participate in the organization of bar services, and support the ordering of food, drinks, and spirits.

Requirements

• Education in the hotel industry or relevant work experience in hospitality/gastronomy or interest in a career change.
• An open and communicative demeanor
• Hospitality skills and passion for hospitality
• Flexibility and creativity, as well as a high sense of quality, even in stressful situations
• Team skills and willingness to support other departments cross-functionally
