Barmitarbeiter (m/w/d)

As a Bar Staff Member, you will be responsible for preparing a wonderful stay for our guests, ensuring a smooth and quick service process, and advising and actively selling the Motel One Lounge offer to achieve the sales budget in the One Lounge.

Requirements

• Education in hotel management or professional experience in the hotel industry/gastronomy or interest in a lateral entry.
• Open, communicative appearance
• Hosting qualities and passion for the hotel industry
• Flexibility and creativity as well as a high quality awareness even in stressful situations
• Team ability and willingness to support interdepartmentally
