Requirements

• Stock, rotate, and face grocery and refrigerated products according to company standards
• Maintain clean, organized shelves, coolers, and backroom areas
• Assist customers with product location, questions, and recommendations
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to leadership
• Remove expired, damaged, or unsellable products promptly
• Support accurate inventory practices and shrink reduction efforts
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and food-handling standards
