Requirements
- Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate customer service at the register
- Support daily front-end operations and assist with opening and closing procedures
- Help train, coach, and support cashier team members
- Assist with register balancing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
- Address customer questions and assist with issue resolution as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout and front-end areas
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and cash-handling standards
- Support leadership in managing lines, breaks, and workflow
