The Lead Cashier at Mother’s Market supports front-end operations by providing exceptional customer service while assisting with daily supervision of cashier team members.

Requirements

• Provide friendly, efficient, and accurate customer service at the register
• Support daily front-end operations and assist with opening and closing procedures
• Help train, coach, and support cashier team members
• Assist with register balancing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
• Address customer questions and assist with issue resolution as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout and front-end areas
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and cash-handling standards
• Support leadership in managing lines, breaks, and workflow
• Promote Mother’s Market values, including wellness, sustainability, and community
• Work collaboratively with store leadership and team members
