As a Produce Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of the produce department, ensuring quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction, while leading a team and managing inventory.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail produce and strong customer service techniques
• Supervisory experience
• Verbal proficiency in English
• Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, squat, bend, and lift/carry boxes up to 70 pounds
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including produce coolers and wet racks
