The Produce Manager oversees the daily operations of the produce department, ensuring quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction, and leads a team to contribute to the overall success of the store.
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail produce
- Strong customer service techniques
- Supervisory experience
- Verbal proficiency in English
- Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, squat, bend, and lift/carry boxes up to 70 pounds
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including produce coolers and wet racks
