Job Description
At Mother’s Market, we're dedicated to wellness through exceptional retail experiences. As a Produce Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our produce department, ensuring quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail produce and strong customer service techniques
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Verbal proficiency in English
- Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, squat, bend, and lift/carry boxes up to 70 pounds
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including produce coolers and wet racks
