Store Supervisor

As a Store Supervisor, you’ll lead the store during your shift, delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) whenever the Store Manager or Assistant Manager are off, taking full responsibility for staffing, standards, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of Mother’s Market’s Manager-On-Duty training
• Proven experience as a Lead Cashier, Department Supervisor, or equivalent
• Strong leadership, organization, and time-management abilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
