Software Engineer

We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our Connected Intelligence Business unit. You'll be working on building operational insight, control, and analytics applications that manage our core connectivity services. As a mid-level engineer, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of challenges, including data streaming, aggregation, asset management, monitoring, reporting, and visualization. You'll be using the most effective and applicable technologies to create robust and scalable software that runs in the cloud or on the edge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar technical field
• Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices
• Familiarity with designing, developing, and creating RESTful web services and APIs
• Familiarity with message brokers
• Familiarity with CICD pipelines and test automation
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Understanding of containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Basic understanding of security principles
• Good understanding of agile or lean development practices
