They are seeking a Principal Engineer Team Lead to lead a team responsible for developing and scaling ML models for self-driving vehicles. This role involves defining projects, leading a team, and collaborating with other teams to optimize vehicle performance and integrate with the broader transportation ecosystem.

Requirements

• Define and execute motion planning and prediction projects.
• Lead, manage, and grow a team of engineers.
• Design and lead the implementation of behavior models leveraging machine learning and reinforcement learning.
• Productionize and deploy ML solutions on autonomous vehicle fleets.
• Collaborate with perception, simulation, data platform, and integration teams.
• Communicate strategies, progress, and challenges to executive leadership.
