Tech Lead Manager, Planning is seeking a highly motivated individual to lead a team focused on motion planning software for autonomous vehicles. The role involves developing and implementing algorithms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the safety and effectiveness of these systems. Requirements

• Over two years of experience in the management of a development team.
• Masters or PhD in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Successfully delivering production-quality motion planner in a leadership capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in search algorithms.
• Experience in developing motion planning solutions with ML.
• Expertise in C++ software development, Linux, and Python.
• Strong theoretical understanding of motion planning under conditions of uncertainty and with dynamic agents.
• Knowledge of robotics algorithms for localization, perception, prediction, motion planning, and control.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
