Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Operations Associate to assist with daily station tech operations for New York’s bikeshare system.
Requirements
- Oversee deployments, reconfiguration, and removal of bikeshare stations throughout the region
- Support onboarding and training initiatives for new and existing team members
- Provide daily support for work teams in the station tech department, working under management team supervision
- Maintain warehouse and field operations to standards
- Ensure that safety-related processes are followed
- Track and maintain inventory and ensure that necessary equipment, tools, and supplies are available and ready for each shift
