Job Description
Motivate is seeking an Operations Associate to assist with daily station tech operations for New York's bikeshare system. The role involves overseeing deployments, reconfiguration, and removal of bikeshare stations, supporting onboarding and training initiatives, and maintaining warehouse and field operations to standards.
Requirements
- Prior lead or trainer experience within an hourly warehouse and/or field operations team
- Technology proficiency and mechanical aptitude
- Current driver's license and ability to meet Motor Vehicle Record requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and meet physical requirements of the position
