Account Executive, Mid-Market

Motive is searching for an Account Executive to build the sales organization from the ground up in Mexico. The role involves prospecting and winning new business, developing relationships, and negotiating contract terms.

Requirements

• 4+ years of demonstrated success in full-cycle direct sales experience in B2B environments
• Experience in developing strong relationships across functions and ability to influence key decision makers
• Ability to work 3 to 6-month sales cycles with an annual revenue per deal in the six-figure range
• Commitment to outbound prospecting, managing and closing deals
• Understanding of technical tools: Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Slack, and other enterprise software tools
