Job Description
MCI is North America’s public and private market motor coach leader. The Body Shop Supervisor is responsible for supervising all personnel and activities within the Body Shop/Heavy Repair and Refurbishment department, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality at the source.
Requirements
- Coordinate all activities of Technicians within the Body Shop and Heavy Repair and Refurbishment area
- Ensure Quality At The Source process is in place and followed with parts availability, scheduling, and maintaining work instructions
- Supervise technicians to ensure the execution of quality and safe work and apply work rules and company policy in all aspects of operations
