Shop Supervisor

The Body Shop Supervisor is responsible for supervising personnel and activities within the Body Shop/Heavy Repair and Refurbishment department, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality at the source. Responsibilities include coordinating technician activities, ensuring quality and safety, and maintaining workplace organization.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree or Technical School Certificate preferred
• 5+ years experience in related industry
• 3+ years Supervisory experience
• Technical Expertise with Heavy Repair, Collision, Refurbishment and Body shop activities
• PC Skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to supervise multiple tasks independently
