Job Description
The Shop Supervisor is responsible for supervising all personnel and activities within the Body Shop/Heavy Repair and Refurbishment department, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality at the source. The supervisor will coordinate activities, track technician time, and ensure quality and safe work.
Requirements
- Coordinate all activities of Technicians
- Ensures Quality At The Source process
- Track technician time and ensure throughput
- Supervise technicians to ensure quality and safe work
- Coordinate and ensure parts deliveries
- Perform estimating, pre and post work inspections
