Job Description
The Body Shop Supervisor is responsible for supervising personnel and activities within the Body Shop/Heavy Repair and Refurbishment department to ensure customer satisfaction through quality at the source.
Requirements
- Coordinate all activities of technicians
- Ensure quality at the source process is in place and followed
- Track technician time and ensure throughput is consistent with process flow
- Supervise technicians to ensure quality and safe work
- Coordinate parts deliveries
- Perform estimating, pre and post work inspections
- Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and workplace efficiency
- Demonstrate leadership and maintain workplace organization
