Job Description
The Technical Trainer at Motor Coach Industries is tasked with providing technical training and creating course materials tailored for MCI coaches. The position requires a high diploma or equivalent, comprehensive knowledge of vehicle systems, and experience with heavy-duty automotive or transportation equipment.
Requirements
- Deliver technical training in a classroom and shop environment
- Develop and solicit input for new training programs
- Schedule training with customers
- Develop training videos and e-learning courses
- Conduct research to develop or enhance training presentations
- Maintain training records
- Ability to travel up to 60%
