Operational Excellence & Integration Advisor

We are looking for an experienced Operational Excellence & Integration Advisor to drive Group-wide organizational and operational excellence initiatives, including restructurings, complex projects and integrations, governance frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration with business units to deliver efficiencies and decision-ready insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Finance
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Operational Research, Finance, Management or other related fields will be considered an asset
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Management Consulting, either at a consulting firm or within a large energy group
• Proven experience in complex projects, including organizational restructuring, integrations, business process and policies reengineering
• Knowledge and understanding of the Energy sector
• Business Process/Policy Modeling techniques
• Organizational structure analysis and development
• Change Management
• Knowledge of Post-Merger Integration is considered a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Suite (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Visio)
• Strong Project Management skills
• Analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
