Job Description
We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to run the end-to-end attraction and recruitment of candidates for junior to middle level positions in the organization and to promote Motor Oil as an employer of choice in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or other similar discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
- Masterās degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or MBA will be considered as a plus
