Job Description
The Motor Oil Group is searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to run the end-to-end attraction and recruitment of candidates for junior to middle level positions in the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment, managing internal and external job advertisements, and promoting Motor Oil as an employer of choice in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or other similar discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
- Proficient use of MS Office tools
