Job Description
Silvus Technologies is seeking an Administrative Assistant, Human Resources, who will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources team. This role supports employee relations efforts, maintains and updates employee resources, and assists with key processes such as new hire orientation and employee offboarding.
Requirements
- Assist the Human Resources team with employee relations
- Update and maintain records and files
- Support new hire orientation and employee offboarding processes
- Maintain and update internal resources
- Monitor out-of-office emails
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Serve as backup support for the Front Desk team
- Assist with planning and executing company events
