This position will report to the Director of Human Resources and requires a high degree of judgment and diplomacy, as well as an impeccable commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
Requirements
- Handle confidential information
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
- Coordinate and arrange meeting details and invitations
- Maintain and manage paper and electronic filing systems
- Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
- Prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
- Prepare written responses to routine inquiries
- Maintain & Create reports
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures
- Supports compliance with the employee handbook and policies and procedures manual
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
