Job Description
Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! As the HR Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department at the site, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR functions and assisting with site training initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's or bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience, ideally within a Human Resources setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, TB test, and a search of the child abuse central registry
