The Human Resources Assistant performs HR clerical functions, supports daily HR operations, and assists with benefit enrollments and recruitment. This role also provides reporting support and Joint Commission readiness for HR Standards.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- High School diploma or GED
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with confidential information
- Ability to communicate and interact with all members of the Shriners team in a professional and courteous manner
