Join Addiction Recovery Care, LLC (ARC) as an HR Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. Assist the HR Department with document management, filing, and scheduling. Manage the front office and provide administrative support.
Requirements
- Provides general administrative assistance to the employees in the Human Resource Department
- Maintains a stock of documents required for new hire onboarding
- Prepares packets of documents for new hire orientation classes
- Assists with data entry and document scanning and storage
- Manages the front office at the ARC Corporate offices
- Working knowledge of common computer programs
- Must be a self-starter that is task orientated, organized, and punctual
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette
- Effective and efficiently manage schedules
- Protect the privacy of all staff and persons served/client information
