The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality online technical product training for Motorola Solutions' customers, partners, and employees worldwide. The ideal candidate is a proactive learning professional who can translate technical concepts into clear, engaging, and interactive learning experiences.
Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or digital learning roles.
- Demonstrated experience developing eLearning with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia.
- Ability to translate technical subject matter into intuitive, engaging learning experiences.
- Experience designing training for technical or product-focused audiences (preferred).
- Knowledge of product-based training, scenario-based learning, or performance support frameworks (preferred)
