Requirements
- Design interactive, visually compelling online training that explains technical concepts, product features, and role-based workflows.
- Develop multimedia assets, including videos, animations, simulations, graphics, and assessments, using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia, Blender.
- Translate complex hardware and software behaviors into intuitive, task-based learning materials.
- Build strong foundational knowledge of Motorola Solutions' products, workflows, and solution ecosystem to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Partner with SMEs, product managers, engineers, and technical teams to gather information, validate content, and ensure training alignment.
- Manage training assets within a product portfolio, including planning, prioritization, and on-time delivery of updates.
- Lead or coordinate projects across global teams and time zones using strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ensure all training aligns with Motorola Solutions' brand, accessibility standards, and quality expectations.
