Silvus Technologies is seeking a Market Development Executive to shape demand, influence requirements, and drive long-term strategic engagement across the U.S. Air Force & Space Force. The successful individual will report to the Vice President of Strategic Growth on the Sales team and serve as Silvus' senior market-shaping leader across the air and space enterprise.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- A minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in strategic relationship management, account management, or government relations within the defense industry
- Prior U.S. Air Force / Space Force service or senior leadership experience supporting relevant mission areas such as C5ISR, airborne communications, space systems, or autonomous platforms
- Established, verifiable network within key USAF/USSF organizations (e.g., AFLCMC Directorates, Space Systems Command, AFSOC, test units, and operational wings)
- Expert knowledge of USAF/USSF mission structure, budgeting, and governance processes
- Demonstrated experience influencing acquisition and capability development in the DoD environment
- Security Clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or the ability to obtain one within 12 months of hire
- Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts
