Project Manager

Project Manager is responsible for implementing software deployment and communication system projects, delivering contractual scope on schedule and within budget, and maintaining customer satisfaction. The project manager will lead and coordinate the work activities of the project team, manage project budgets, and establish key performance indicators. The role requires experience in project management, software deployment, and maintenance, as well as knowledge of public safety communications systems and IT networks.

Requirements

• P6 / Planview and Salesforce
• Project financial and technical accounting
• 5+ years of project/program management or engineering experience
• Experience with public safety communications systems, cellular infrastructure, military communications, civil construction, or IT networks in a software context
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Google Suite
• PM Masters Certificate a plus (PMP highly desired)
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work effectively as an individual and driving cross-functional teams
