Project Manager

Project Manager responsible for implementing software deployment and communication system projects, leading teams, and managing budgets and timelines.

Requirements

• Leads programs or portions of complex programs
• Directs and coordinates the work activities of the project team
• Manages the deployment and/or implementation of Motorola Solutions products and services
• Demonstrates a firm understanding of all nine areas of PMBOK project management
• Work with targeted Customers to develop a proactive individual Customer Success Plan
• Coordinates departmental or cross-functional teams
• Expert in New Product Introduction (NPI) including working with all stakeholders
• Perform Integrated Change control and Impact assessment for any changes in the agreed scope, schedule and cost
• Assess vendor capabilities and vendors' products and services to satisfy a complete system implementation
• Manages projects from inception to completion, including tracking and evaluation of project performance and contracts governance
• Utilizes project management methodologies, best practices and Polaris
• Identify and develop opportunities for upselling and growth and enhancing project scope through contract changes / variations
• Motivates the project team to ensure optimal performance
• Drives the development of business plans, strategies, initiatives, and approaches to take advantage of business opportunities and continuous improvement areas
• Represents the organization on projects and may perform in project leadership role
