Motorola Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex software development projects from initiation through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and software background, with experience in managing software projects from inception to completion. The Project Manager will work closely with the Product Manager to successfully plan, develop, and launch new software products and features on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Risk Management, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, specifically within software development environments.
- Proven track record of successfully managing software projects from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in using project management software, such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or Trello.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach to team management.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical abilities.
