Job Description
As a Technical Manager, you will lead scrum teams responsible for development and maintenance of Computer Aided Dispatch software, demonstrating excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading software development teams (2 years or more)
- Practical experience in developing moderate size software systems
- Very good understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Practical experience in programming large systems
- Problem solver - able to work under minimal supervision
- A great team player
- Good verbal and written English communication
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math or related fields
