As a Technical Program Manager, you will manage large-scale software projects or significant portions of highly complex programs, exercising strong leadership in coordinating diverse, cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Over five years of dedicated Project/Program Management experience
- Fluency in traditional (Waterfall) and Agile project management practices
- Prior People Management experience
- PMP certification, Certified SCRUM master and/or other project management certification
- Experience with launching end-to-end Software programs
- Proficient in Google Applications – Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive etc.
- Proven competencies in using various Agile competencies in managing projects
- Strong command of change management issues and methodologies
- Proven leadership ability with high energy and enthusiasm to inspire and motivate others
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Ability to complete projects with minimal supervision
- Passion for learning
- Preferred Engineering background, but not required
