Job Description
Silvus Technologies is seeking a Supply Chain Finance Manager who will report to the FP&A Director on the Finance team. The successful individual in this role will bridge the gap between financial planning and operational execution, partnering closely with our Supply Chain and Engineering teams to optimize cost efficiency and profitability for our advanced Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET) radios.
Requirements
- Lead inventory management strategies and Working Capital optimization
- Partner with Engineering and Supply Chain on BOM development and maintain strict oversight of COGS detail management
- Analyze and determine pricing, sourcing, and tariff strategies, exercising discretion to protect margins and mitigate financial risk
- Interpret complex financial and operational data to make recommendations to finance leadership regarding vendor strategy, pricing, and cost controls
- Enhance data systems and proactive tools to reduce cycle times for key supply chain metrics
- Design and oversee financial reporting frameworks to guide forecasting, budgeting, and strategic decision-making
