Manager, Finance - Supply Chain

Spreetail is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Finance to act as a hands-on finance leader embedded within Fulfillment Center operations. This role partners directly with supply chain leaders to own forecasting, labor planning, and cost optimization across a complex, fast-growing network.

Requirements

• 5+ years of FP&A or finance experience with direct exposure to supply chain, operations, or logistics environments
• Proven ability to build and own complex, driver-based financial models that inform business decisions
• Experience leading budgeting and forecasting for large, multi-line cost centers in a dynamic setting
• Strong partnership mindset with a track record of influencing and building trust with operational leaders
• Advanced technical skills in SQL/Snowflake, Power BI, and Excel, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
