Motorola Solutions is a world leader in professional mobile communications systems, and we're looking for a Systems Engineer to join our Upgrade Team. The role involves overseeing technical aspects of assigned projects, including upgrading radio networks, servers, and RF devices, and collaborating with project management and field engineering teams. The successful candidate will have experience with multi-vendor hardware, networking and protocols, systems and scripting, operations and security, analysis and diagnostics, and certifications in CompTIA Network+, Juniper JNCIA-Junos, Nokia NRS1, or equivalent industry certifications. The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead projects and manage risks, and will involve 50% travel to customer sites throughout North America.
