Logistics Officer

The Logistics Officer will coordinate and manage shipping line bookings, prepare shipping documents, and liaise with stakeholders to resolve issues and delays.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding, with specific experience supporting shipping line bookings and documentation.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, with the ability to input and retrieve data efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation requirements.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data entry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
