Job Description
The Operations Officer will assist the Head of Operations in processing orders and ensuring seamless operational processes from order placement to delivery and after-sales service.
Requirements
- Order Processing: Send order instructions and follow up on orders.
- Garment Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and conduct stock meetings with the team.
- Tailor-Made Garment Production: Request quotes and send order requests to the Production Team.
- Complaint Management: Work with the Production Team to investigate and resolve quality issues.
- Assistance to the Head of Operations: Follow up on payments and process refunds as required.
