Job Description
The Administrative Coordinator will provide high-level administrative support to the Chair and Vice Chair within the Windreich Department of Artificial Intelligence and Human Health (AIHH). This role is critical to ensuring the efficient functioning of departmental leadership, complex academic initiatives, and cross-institutional collaborations spanning AI research, clinical innovation, and population health.
Requirements
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to department leadership
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare, review, and organize briefing materials, presentations, reports, and correspondence for leadership meetings and events
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation related to departmental activities, leadership priorities, and institutional initiatives
