Job Description
The Practice Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day front-end operations of an ambulatory practice, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures, and supervising front-end staff.
Requirements
- Monitoring and assisting staff with day-to-day activities
- Reviewing staff appointment scheduling for accuracy and completeness
- Assisting with daily, monthly, and year-end reporting
- Creating training materials and scheduling guidelines
- Maintaining high quality levels of customer service and data integrity
- Providing next level of guidance and assistance with escalated MyChart calls
- Ensuring appropriate reimbursement for services
